SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync;

I get a lot of service interruptions on my broadband. These last from a few seconds to a couple of minutes but occur several times a day and are very annoying. Checking the network log I see I get a lot of critical errors with SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync;

The most recent log is below.

Could someone help please.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. I have looked further into this and cannot see any issues on our live system at the moment.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

No, things have actually been worse in the last couple of days with more drop outs.

Here is the latest log, you will see I have tried rebooting the hub. I have tightened all the cables and checked everything I can, it still carries on. There must be a problem with the Virgin side of things, please look into it further.
