Terrible Performance from new kit

Hi Virgin,

I have a new contract and a Hub3.0 router replacing the old equipment.  The performance of the new service is abysmal in comparison to the old Virgin equipment previously installed (older model of Hub 3 , same service speed)..  Wireless is pathetic with even a newly purchased extender not helping.  The desktop PC directly wired to the router is soooo slow when trying to do Tesco online shopping, previously I had no issues. This has all happened since the new contact and new equipment and the ‘bigger bundle m250’ package.

Trying to talk to a human on the phone is a joke and I feel so frustrated with the performance of the equipment and need some help.

Tried rebooting, disconnection power etc etc.  television is wireless to router and for the first time now ‘spools’ when watching iplayer, never did before.

 

Please help?
