Red light on Hub 3

I've had red light on my Hub 3 for about 2 weeks now. Tried everything on the webstie, reset the hub, pinhole reset, moved it etc but it's still a solid red light. Rang150 and twice an agent said they would ring me back regarding a new hub but they failed to do so (once they rang 3 hours later than they said they would and I missed the call, the second time they didn't ring back at all). Can any one please tell me how I can resolve this issue and get a new hub? Thank you

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the Hub and the missed callback
I'd like to take a look into this for you and arrange for the Hub to be swapped.

Can you please make sure the Hub is way from any direct source of heat and in a well ventilated place.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your envelope at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
