Fault updating

My internet and TV (and others locally) has been down all day long - it has been saying they aim to restore service in our area by 4pm - this has come and gone and there has been no updates and the ETA - 4pm time has not changed all day either - Come on Virgin update your customers at the very least!!!

Is the mystical "it" - 0800 561 0061 the VM local fault line ?

I've ran some checks for you and there doesn't appear to be any faults on the line anymore, hopefully this means that the fault is now resolved!
