Hi 

my ps5 won’t connect to my wifi and I’ve tried everything, rebooting wifi, using Ethernet, restarting ps5, clearing ps5 cache. It just says my wifi is stopping it from connecting or it can’t connect? 

Any help would be hugely welcomed

Hi @Harryvinnicombe thanks for your post here in the Community, although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here regarding your PS5 not connecting to your broadband.

If it is just your PS5 that isn't doing this, it is quite strange but if this still hasn't resolved itself, can you please try a pinhole reset of your Hub to see if this helps? It will bring your Hub back to its factory settings.
