Disconnected phone from wifi via virgin connect app and now cant get back on.

Hello. 

So in order to try and make my download speed quicker on my xbox, I decided to disconnect all other devises using the virgin connect app. I did not realise at the time that in order to reconnect these devises, the app would require me to be on the WiFi to do that. And since I disconnected it, it won't let me. So now I have no way to reconnect my devises. What do I do?

Disable MAC filtering to re-enable Paused devices

Login to the Hub's menus at http://192.168.0.1

1) Advanced settings >>> Wireless >>> Security

   1.1) then set Wireless MAC Filtering to Disabled

   1.2) "Apply changes"
 
2) Advanced settings >>> Security >>> MAC Filtering

    2.1) then delete all entries in the MAC filter list

    2.2) Enable Always on

   2.3) "Apply changes"

As @Client62 explained this is this way to go if you can get into the hubs settings. If not, the sure fire way to get back in is to do a pinhole reset of the hub.
