Inside cable was cut before I moved in

Hi all,

New WiFi box arrived (hub 3) to our house yesterday, where we were eligible for a quick self-start as there's the brown virgin box outside. 


Upon trying to install it I found there wasnt an inside installation box and what's more, the white fibre cable inside has been cut! Never had Virgin in this house before so didn't notice the issue prior. 


My hope is this won't be a difficult fix as I presume the cables outside are all fine. Anyone have any help on a quick, easy and cheap way to resolve this?

Call the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 explain the problem and request a tech visit to install a socket.
