Connection issues

I have been having connection issues for the past few days but today has been extremely bad. Starting at around 8pm.

I had this issue a few weeks back which was posted on the forums in the gaming section which turned out to be my neighbour sharing our cable which resulted in them having to get a repull and their own cable installed which fixed my issues but here we are a few weeks later and the connection is even worse with the connection dropping every few minutes. I have checked the website and called the 0800 fault number and no issues reported in area.

I started a new BQM a few days ago to monitor the connection which has been showing random packet losses but just now its going crazy. Any help would be appreicated. I have already pin hole reset the router yesterday.

Service Status page currently when I run a test on the hub.

They look all 0's to me, except for the 3.1 channel that often has odd readings.

Yeah this number was the one I was referring too. It seems to be increasing massively everytime I refresh?

For instance the number from taking that screenshot which was less than a minute ago to now its showing, 19018821

I've never been able to make sense of that 3.1 reading, mine looks different every time too. It doesn't seem to correspond with any particular issues so I tend to ignore it. Other opinions welcome.

At least you've got a service. My VM broadband is down today.

Factory reset the router earlier today as the service status page told me to do it again (3 times this week so far).

Once I reset the router it then advised I did have ongoing network issues and allowed me to book a tech which I haven't done as wanted someone from Virgin to confirm if a tech is 100% required.

Can someone from the forum team please check this for me as I have just phoned and feel like I have been fobbed off. Agent on phone said they have reconfigured my router and the issue is now fixed and won't happen again?

The service checker page is advising I need a tech booked but phone support never mentioned a tech visit.
