Hi,
I keep getting an error when I log in to the connect app “oops something went wrong”. I have tried restarting and refreshing but no joy. It worked fine up until a few days ago. I have the Hub 5x fyi.
Also whilst I’m here, I’ve never been able to pause WiFi on devices, had anyone else had this?

from the many forum posts on the same issue, I am not convinced the VM Connect app works with a Hub 5x.
Avoid the Pausing functions at all cost. You can already see it is troublesome and if you have problems Un-Pausing (many do) that can quickly lead to the situation of being locked out of the VM Hub or finding your TV or Heating are offline.
