WIFI Pod (Black) not working with new Hub 5x

My WIFI Pod was working, but just received a new Hub 5x and the Pod will not connect!

Tried turning off and on without success. Held reset button for 10 seconds and it still not recognised by the router. Seems to go through correct sequence, but at the end the white light still flashes.

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties getting your Wi-Fi POD to connect with the new Hub. 

It may be that the POD's need re-pairing remotely if they are still connected to your former hub. We can arrange this for you, we just need to confirm a few bits of account information. Don't be surprised if it is far simpler buy and install a Wireless Repeater from Argos or Amazon !
