Disney + Black Friday

Have I misunderstood the Disney + Black Friday deal? The deal said 3 months free trial, so I was happy to proceed. However sneakily, those 3 months have been spread over 12 months meaning the £26.97 it would’ve cost for 3 months has been deducted over the course of 12 months. 

very misleading.

    It's free. If your first bill hasn't been produced then I'd wait. Often the billing system spews garbage until the first actual bill. They normally state on you contract that it's 0.00 for a date range then an amount after, but can't be certain they did that for this black Friday promotion.

    Hopefully, a forum staff member will be along to clarify....

      Mine was utterly nonessential. Told me it was “DISNEY PLUS 25 OFF” 

       

      then proceeded to tell me that I’d be paying 6.7100000000000000000000000 for 12 (I’m assuming £6.71 for 12 months). Maybe they need to consider using Math.floor in their calculations. 

      their email was extra well put together as it started with [base64 encode] $null (good work devs).

    Just checked, my contract doesn’t even mention it.. but my offer form does. Why is everything Virgin do such a pain to deal with.
