Literally nothing. It doesn’t even load a second page on the website when I click to log in, and in the app when I click to log in nothing happens too.

Sometimes on the app says “Sign-in Failed”
”our server couldn’t sign you in for some reason”
but only once in a while this pops up

Thanks for coming back to us. We do apologise that you're still unable to log in to your online account. Can we ask if you have ever had access or are you trying to register for a new account.
We aware of an issue with accounts not loading on multiple devices and browsers.
This has been reported and we are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved.
Just to make sure, have you tried other devices and browsers to try and access your account already?
