DEF01 Complete your profile

Hi,

Whenever i tried to sign in to the My Virgin Media account it takes me to a Complete your profile page. When ive filled it in and click complete i get the DEF01 error code. Ive tried clearing cookies, history, caches and used a differen web browser.

All i want to do is log in and change the child safe settings which i cant seem to do in the My Virgin Media app? 

Been getting the error code for a week now

Can you please try using a none Virgin email address and let us know that works or not?

If you are using the app, could you try and register the online account via our website instead please?

If you still get the same error, please let us know and we can raise an internal IT ticket for you to get this resolved.
