I have been transfered to o2 with both my devices, one handset is paid so just paying a rolling SIM with o2.
However the other is an ipad I took out a contract for in 2020 and I have been paying Virgin £9 a month for in a 48 month contract. I pay o2 for the SIM but who do I speak to about the the device payment?
I can't get anywhere via the phone lines. The WhatsApp messaging service just tells me to ring up.
Other than writing to them how can I speak to someone about this that isn't the following numbers:
Or tell me what to specifically say so they know what I am on about.
