Proof of Purchase for Nintendo Switch

I purchased a mobile phone and Nintendo Switch from you in 2020. I require proof of purchase for the Nintendo Switch in order for them to repair it under warranty. I am no longer with you for my network provider and cannot log into my account. Please can you assist me with the proof of purchase?
