just need some help
Virgin stated they would buy my BT contract once BT had sent their last bill . Bt have now sent there last bill and I need to know what to do now

Thanks for posting this on our Community Forums, a warm welcome to you!
Now that you've received your last bill from BT, you will need to contact them yourself and pay it - The Virgin sales agent would have added a credit onto your Virgin Media account to cover this final bill of your BT contract.
We can't contact BT or any other provider for you due to GDPR, so we add a credit to cover the money you will pay them, this will come off your first bill(s).
If you were not sure what the final BT bill amount was at the time of signing up with the sales agent, then please get back in touch with them so they can get it added for you 🙂 They should have left their name with you on the call or in a text/email.
