Proof of purchase for switch oled

How do I get an actual proof of purchase for switch oled bought as bundle with my phone. Customer service keeps sending me the same rubbish emails with no info. I need the price and tax details or Nintendo won't fix it for free and I'll have to pay £180.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with getting your proof of purchase. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
