Hi,
Like many others, I have received an email from Virgin Media informing me that they are no longer paying my Netflix subscription, despite confirming this is still part of my package until October 2023! Having looked at others on this forum, it appears Virgin Media can send a re-activation email, despite me calling them yesterday and being issued with a ticket for escalation.
Anyone else?
