I've logged into my account and found Sky Sports UHD for £3.50 a month for 18 months. Does anyone know where to find the terms and conditions on the offer, if you can cancel at any time and when the offer finishes? I had a look last night, but couldn't see anything.

I have sky entertainment and cinema UHD but not Sky Sports UHD.
I can't post the offer as its gone up in price. Bit it looks exactly like this.

Okay shawty1984, at this point there isn't any further information we would be able to provide on this. We have provided the link to find this information: https://www.virginmedia.com/tv/channels/sports. We recommend going there.

No I'm sorry, that's simply not good enough. You need to escalate the issue as to why no one can or could find any terms and conditions for said offer.

We have provided a link to where you can get more information with regards to your request. You will need to look there.

Firstly, your link doesn't work. Secondly, any link provided doesn't link to any Sky Sports UHD offer for £3.50 for 18 months.
I'm not sure what's so difficult to understand in the problem that has arisen. Terms and conditions should be available for any offer you take before you click accept to buy it, so you know what you're entering into.
As you can see from the screenshot, my services are on a rolling 30 day contract, even when adding Sky Sports UHD at full price and at the offer price when that was available, but I was entered into a 18 month contract with no say so and had the hassle of then having to cancel.
Please can you escalate this and don't link me to pages that don't have any relevant information on about the offer.

Hi @shawty1984,
Apologies. It looks like the link isn't working as it's picking up the full stop at the end of the link, in turn creating an invalid URL. Please try this one and let us know how you get on with it. The information there is relevant to your request based on what you've said above.
That same link also details the terms and conditions for our offers towards the bottom, but if you're stating the offer is no longer available then you won't see terms and conditions for a now no longer existing offer.
If you agree to a change in service that enters you into a new minimum term then the new bundle you're agreeing to would be sent to you via email, and provide all of the details that you need about the bundle you've asked to sign up for. If you don't sign up to the bundle, you won't be provided with this.
Thanks,

The information in your link is in no way at all relevant to anything I've posted about.
Genuine question, are you reading my posts and reading the links you have gave me?
Not once has any posted the terms and conditions for said offer that appeared in my account. Because you took so long in trying to convince me that the terms and conditions were there, the offer has now ended, but I want you to escalate it anyway.
I logged into my account and was offered Sky Sports UHD for £3.50 for 18 months and when added to my basket, it stated it was a 30 day rolling contract for both my main services and the add on as can be seen in the screenshot. So I went ahead and bought it. I then get email documents for the new contract of a minimum term of 18 months.
At no point was there ever any terms and conditions. Everywhere that VM staff have told me to look as had no terms and conditions for said offer, even when the offer was on.
You shouldn't have to buy something to see what it does to your contract.
I didn't agree to a service that entered me into a new term as there was no information that it was going to be the case.
Can we please stop this backwards and forwards messaging and can you please escalate why I was entered into a new 18 month contract for adding a add on and why was there never any terms and conditions for said offer.
Please, this is getting ridiculous.

Hi shawty1984
We can appreciate your frustration with this, however we wouldn't have access to the specific T&Cs of that particular offer, however as this offer is for a TV add-on, there won't be much information to provide. I can see that in your screenshot, some terms are listed at the bottom.
I'll send you a private message so I can raise a complaint for you.

Is it just me not getting this or am I being an idiot? No one had any terms and conditions of said offer as there wasn't any there. What do you mean there won't be much information to provide? You'd need to know if you could cancel, you'd also need to know if you were entering a new contract or not.
Yes you can see that, those are inflation price rises terms and conditions as can be seen from the screenshot.
As well as a complaint, I'd like you to escalate it to a manager as it's simply not good enough to have no terms and conditions for something you're buying.

Hi Andrew
That's no problem but I'm afraid that I can only accept one answer per question, so I won't be able to accept any further answers for that one. If you could please answer the most recent question, that would be great.
Thank you
Beth
