I had an online renewal to keep everything I have now for a certain price. At that point on Ultimate Volt, I had Sky Cinema and entertainment UHD in my bundle. That online renewal for whatever reason disappeared from my account, so I took to WhatsApp and online chat to try and get this renewal. I must have spoke to around 8 people all passing me to other departments. I specifically stated that I wanted to keep everything I have now for that renewal price. I managed to finally get some sense on online chat where I stated I wanted to keep everything I have now and to renew at the price I was quoted. They came back with a deal to which I asked, is that everything I currently have to which they answered yes. I've just tried to watch a film in UHD and it's asking me to subscribe. It seems they have removed Sky Cinema and entertainment UHD to which I've only just noticed. I was specific that I wanted what I currently had. I could also go to change package and add, add ons like Sky Sports UHD. Both of these things are now not possible, it directs me to chat to someone online. I'm not though, I'm speaking to someone on WhatsApp that's offered me an awful deal of £133pm month to keep what I have now, even though I was paying £86pm which has gone up to £111pm.
