"Hello people and merry Christmas,

I had an email for an offer to upgrade my broadband to M350 for about £3.50.

After saying yes please ,I saw they my package will increase by £50 in August 25.

So being in the 14 day cooling off period I phoned and asked to remove the upgrade.

Seems like I've signed a new 18 month contract!

No way to go back to my old deal.

Any way, that's beside the point right, because I no longer want the upgrade and want to continue on my previous contract which has about 6 months left!

But no I can't do that, why? Why I'm I having to go onto a new contract whilst I'm in the cooling off period! Just roll back my contract, is it really hard 🤷🏻

On the phone to Virgin now, 1hr 01 mins and counting. Still nowhere near getting solved.

Could someone can't contact before my 14 days lapse.

Thank you."
