14 days cooling off period

This afternoon I answered a call from virgin media about my contract coming to an end in March. Anyway long story short I agreed to renew with the same package for £7 more. I was happy with that until I read on the contract I've been sent that I have to now pay 02 £18 for a sim contract. I never had a sim contract on my last package and I'd like this removed please, or is it just easier to cancel and try again?

  • All sorted now, new contract arrived and no mobile included

  • It does say this though, does this mean if I do nothing with 02 that it just expires?

Hey Divster, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about your O2 sim card.

We cannot cancel these from our side you would need to contact O2, however you do get a 14 day cooling off period with both sim cards and the Virgin Media side.
