No welcome email and account number

Hi there,
I have placed my order online on last Thursday 30/5. Although I received my contract information, there was no welcome email and account number for me to create my online account.

I just want to make sure my order is correctly placed and receive the device tomorrow.

I'm having the same issue, not been sent an account number and can't get anywhere calling without it. Not received any bills or anything. Could you please help?

I also have the same issue, I ordered a student deal wifi box last month to be delivered on the 25th. I haven't received it nor has the backup address. I was only given a css and cis, no account number or creation email was sent pleas help ASAP.

I’m also having this problem. I haven’t received a welcome email so I can’t set up my account to manage my wifi. Any help would be great.
