Not receiving mails

Hello,

 I have signed up for the virgin media free trail a month ago but have not received any email to enable me have my account number and know my areacode for registration.  I have tried all means to communicate my issue and and I am still not receiving emails.  I suspect there may be an issue with the email because an agent called me once to confirm if my email is correct which I corrected please help me I want to access the account for another purpose please. Thank you
