Hi, I have moved home recently and my current bill is charging me double for the same service. All bill payments are upto date.

When services are transferred from one property to another, it's often the case that there will be one month whereby a payment hasn't been taken and is subsequently added to the first bill for the new property.
Are you able to check whether that situation applies in your case?
