I recently changed my package to mega tv, including Netflix standard as part of the package. I previously paid Netflix through Virgin and it appears I am now paying for Netflix twice as the previous charge to Netflix is still being paid under Streaming services on my bill. How can I stop the streaming charge without cancelling my Netflix account.

Hi Sabrina,
You may recall my query regarding Netflix. My Netflix account is now on hold as the payment has been stopped (correctly as it is now part of my new Mega TV package). How do I gain acces now to Netflix - is the payment to be continued under my existing Netflix account or how is it done.
Thanks
Chris
