Netflix charges

Hi Carly,

Please can you explain why Virgin are then Charging us £7 when it is only 4.99 through netflix....my bills actually state premium on both parts. I'm sure we would have received notice from Virgin that this would happen.  It's a bit off.  So stating that it isn't something you would like to hear is a bit rude.  When quite clearly Virgin should have been in touch with loyal members to let them know this had changed.

Your post has been moved to a new thread.

Are you paying for Netflix standard through your VM account? It's only "standard with ads" that is currently offered.

        Hi Joannep1977,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

The Netflix Premium package is £17.99 per month when paying directly through them. If your package comes with Netflix then this would either be the Standard (£10.99) or the Standard with Ads (£4.99) depending on when you took out your package.

Based on the bill clip you've sent, you have Standard included in your package but have chosen to upgrade to premium which is why you're being charged £7 per month on top of your usual monthly service price.

Please let us know if you have any further queries or questions.

        Thanks,

My account states premium I'm paying for ...I would have thought if I would be paying standard with ads it would be much less than £7 as it's not an offer and I'm certainly overpaying. As you can see from my bill above that's for 16th Dec to Jan
