According to my bill I've spent £6.99 on said service on 24/04/2024 which I know is impossible as I was aboard on holiday at the time.

Live chat are about as much use as a wet sponge and tell me I am liable for the charge when I don't understand how I can be as I was not at home and nobody had access to my house.

Could someone from VM please take a look at this for me
