Additional feature (18) incorrect billing

I am charged on my first bill for ADDITIONAL FEATURE (18) £6.99 x5 with a total amount of £34.95. There’s no further details regarding this charge other than the date purchased and price. I checked here in the forum and it says it is an adult content accessed which I’m definitely sure that I nor my partner did not access at all!

I have seen many threads here regarding this issue and I do believe I am also a victim of this. Please I need clarification for this.

    Hi RS09,

    Thanks for posting and welcome to our community  😊

    When any additional feature (18) has been booked, it will only show on the bill as "additional feature" it won't show us a name. 

    It's is only possible for the charge to be added when entering the PIN via the remote, it's not something that can be incorrectly charged.

    Have you had anyone else in the home that's had access to the TV? It may be worth updating your TV PIN code, you can find how to do this here
