Trying to change my contact phone number to my new one however I keep getting the 'Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again' error.

I am so sorry to hear you're having some trouble updating your information. To clarify, is this via the My Virgin Media online account? If so, can you try clearing your cache and cookies before giving it another go?

Hi. Yes, it is via the My Virgin Media online account.
I've just cleared the cache and cookies of the site on my chrome browser, as well as my opera gx browser, however no luck - I'm still getting the 'Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again' error.
