Hi, I just checked the My Bills area of my account after agreeing a new contract last month and it is not identical to the contract I agreed to when signing up or on the contract information sheet. There is also now an extra charge which I did not agree to. Could someone look into this please. Thanks.

Could you tell us what package you signed up to please?
Do you have the order summary email from when you signed up?
How did you change your package, online or over the phone?

Thanks for the response. I upgraded online and do have the emails and Contract Information and Summary sheets. A snapshot is below.
