Exposed brown omni box hazard after renter/VM customer has left

Hi, I am asking after a property where the previous long term renter/VM customer) has left, however the external brown Omni box is hanging off the wall onto a quite busy street near a school, it is broken and the wires are exposed so it is possibly a hazzard for passers by, is it possible to get VM to fix the box when it is now out of any contract? What would I have to do to get it fixed?

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
