Trying to get intouch with Beavement centre is worse than getting blood out of a stone...necessary form duly sent off with death cert...no change in direct debit no reply from virgin, tried 4 times to contact through telephone number given waited 20 mins, 28 mins, 25 mins 44 mins NOTHING, You don't need this hassle at this time why does a simple swop over have to be so difficult 😞
