I have had my landline connected to my hub 3 for 15 months now and been working well. Tonight all of a sudden my phone does not ring but i see on the display a missed call. taken phone to a different house (non virgin and old bt socket ) and phones ring as they should. Powered down router, removed power cable, re booted router, reset phones and still dont ring on virgin. Service status states no issue so i know the phones work as they should on a non virgin line and as I said had been working ok on virgin before. Phones less than 6 months old.
Any ideas?

Hi seems to have sorted itself with no idea why so all is ok.

Are you able to please see if the phone works when changing the cable from TEL 1 into TEL 2 or vice versa?
