So I have the prices from now until my new 18 month contract ends and what it is per year but I am still getting reminders to " Re contract" and "time running out" and they are still on my account landing page. So I am confused and wonder what VM are playing at Voip landline quality and internet issue I have noticed recently that my voip landline quality is extremely poor and also noted a separate issue with the internet. If I call mobile to landline the call quality is poor, garbled like listening to fm radio going into a valley and cuts out. Before you say ahh its a mobile if I call my wife mobile to mobile in the house the call quality is clear. Moved my landline phone to my mothers house (Not virgin media line) and the call quality is clear so I can rule out the telephone. I have rebooted the router, power off, pin hole reset nothing has worked and I have notced on a few occasions, especially around midnight the wifi goes dead, but the Hub 3 light is white no error signal. Looking at my network log I have a few things Any info or help would be good 27/10/2024 13:17:2 Error DHCP RENEW WARNING - Field invalid in response v4 option;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0; 27/10/2024 13:22:39 critical No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0; 22/10/2024 02:07:55 Warning! My mother in law and brother in law both had sky landlines on the same exchange and when they called received the same message as you but when someone on a BT landline called they got through no issues so in my mind it was sky netwrk at fault as they have their own equipment at the exchange. Though Sky and VM both blamed each other but I think Sky looked into it as I explained the scenario above
