High ping/latency spikes recently

Hello this started like a week ago or so, its impossible to play any games because i keep rubberbanding, mostly noticable when gaming, have a look at my BQM, please have a look into this and thanks.

Thanks for coming back to us Vitorg181 and I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having. Have you had any further issues since you posted on Monday?

I have looked into your connection and in the local area and cannot see anything that would be causing the problems that you've advised.

Hello, something started again this morning, and now its not even while game, i have alot of packet loss acording to my BQM, also check my modem log, is full of the same error i believe, can you please look into this
