I recently stumbled across this site https://bidb.uk/ but it gave some info for virgin media just down my road that I'm wondering what it is?

I realise that this is works but would a vm employee be able to find out exactly what the work might be please, I'm praying it might be upgrade works and not just maintenance? 

Anyway if anyone can shed some light on this I'd be grateful.

Could be anything from new infrastructure to changing the location of a customers access tee.
