constant packet loss now with new Hub5

Hello... so some time ago I posted here about packet loss on my ps5 with hub4. Support was great and engineer was booked for me very quickly, I can't complain about that.

But what engineer did was just replaced my old hub4 with Hub5.. problem didn't go anywhere... still getting packet loss and dropouts...

On top of that 5Ghz network doesn't even work on this router so WIFI6 badge means absolutely nothing.

Engineer told me that there's no problems with cables since if that was the case contraction would be bad all the time. Which makes sense since cable is inside the wall under insulation and for a year after insulating job was done I had absolutely no problems. Plus I like when internet is clearly messing up but website tells me that there's no problems...

Please provide some stats.

How to get stats from a VM hub (no need to logon to the hub)

Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 router mode or 192.168.100.1 modem mode

  • Click on the “> Check router status” button
  • Click on the “Downstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply, do not take a screen shot
  • Click on the “Upstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
  • Click on the “Networking” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply.
    • Do NOT post photos or screen shots they will be rejected as they contain MAC addresses. The board software will automatically change MAC addresses to **:** if done as above.

It's absolutely shocking! Constantly dropping connection. While website says that there's no problems with service... sick of this.

A few issues there. Lots of post RS errors, T3 timeouts, and error timestamps that are hours into the future. Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061 otherwise call it in as a fault on 0345 454 1111.
