I used to have a virgin media account with an email address. this account has been shut for years but the email was linked to my outlook and has always still received emails. recently it has been hacked and i have no way of logging in and resetting any passwords. They are now hacking over stuff that was linked to that email such as Netflix and snap chat is there anything i can do ?
