Cannot access emails keep getting forbidden.

Please can anyone talk me through how to sort this? Tried 150 but have been told different things. Are there any Virgin media customer services around who could take pity on a very stressed 61 year old carer who does struggle with technology. Would be so very much appreciated.

Most things I say I make up and sometimes it's useful, don't be mean if it's wrong.
I would also make websites for them, because the job never seems to require the website to work.

Okay, When you log into it look for the cog that says account settings and click on it, on the page that opens up look for account details and click on that.

It should take you to this page https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/account-settings/details.

Can you get to that page? / Does it work up to that point.

I think the guy who phoned got me there and we tried to change my email. Shall I try this again. 

Okay, At the bottom of that page there should be a "Email" section, If it's not showing up then hit your refresh button and check the bottom of the page again.  Once it shows up click the "manage" button in that box, it should take you to this page https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/account-settings/mail-settings .

Does that work (Be aware, that page sometimes doesn't work, hit refresh or go back and try again).

Let me know if that works.
