Please can anyone talk me through how to sort this? Tried 150 but have been told different things. Are there any Virgin media customer services around who could take pity on a very stressed 61 year old carer who does struggle with technology. Would be so very much appreciated.

I know I am asking a lot but if there is anything you could do to expedite the call from the Tech Team I would be so grateful. I am really mega mega stressed and am happy to admit that I am not the most tech savvy person so this is making it even more stressful frankly. I have a feeling that those of us not back into emails are going to be complicated but not sure why as everything was fine before the outage.

If a callback by a technician has been arranged, there wouldn't be anything we can do to speed this up. However so I can discuss things in more detail with you I've popped you over a private message.
