Hi,
I am both a Virgin media broadband & Virgin mobile (now 02 customer)... I have had a message from O2 saying my volt benefit has been activated. Do I need to do anything to get my broadband speed boost with Virgin media as it has not been applied yet? I have tried rebooting my superhub2 a few times, I wondered if I missed something?

We are sorry to hear you have not yet received the boost benefits on your Virgin Media account.
Can you please confirm when you opted in for the boost via O2?

Hi,
Thanks for your so much for your reply, I have Broadband with Virgin and was with Virgin mobile and was transfered over to O2. Having looked into this a bit more... I gather I have to wait (which is no problem) as I Received a text from O2 on the Sunday 23rd July that my Volt has beed apllied their end and I gather it takes 2 weeks for Virgin broadband to apply the boost there end. Sorry If I jumped the gun by posting on the forum.... was too excited, lol
