Volt Benefit Is Not Getting Added to Mobile

I’m an existing virgin broadband customer and bought an O2 business sim card (24 months, 12GB) almost 2 months ago. On the website it was saying that volt benefits will be added to my mobile account after I start to use the sim card but nothing got added.

I was expecting to have 24GB but it’s still 12GB and it has been 6 weeks. I would appreciate it if someone can help me on that.

Have you activated your MyO2 App?

We would advise in this instance to get in touch with O2 to get these benefits added. You can contact the team by calling 202 from your handset or use the contact here
