On My o2 it says "Sorry - it doesn’t look like you’re currently eligible for these benefits". Virgin account and O2 account are both registered at the same address, what's the problem?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the forums, it's great to have you with us.
I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your Volt benefits, have you spoke to O2 at all in regards to this? There may be an issue with the app but they should be able to advise on this further?
