I have recently subscribed to Disney + via my bank.
I am able t use it on my phone, laptop etc. When i come to use it on the tv, I have the app, but when I click on it the screen just goes blank and then returns a message "unable to open at this time, try again later" or words to that affect. I also get an error code CS2400.
I recently renewed my contract with Virgin and was sent the new 360 box.
Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with Disney + on your 360 box.
Can I please ask what subscription level you have taken with Disney +
We do have an issue streaming the £4.99 subscription at the moment which we are fully aware of.
