Cannot sign into Disney App

Hi I also cannot sign into Disney over WiFi, says no connection try again or error 83. Over mobile it's fine

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue logging in to Disney+ when connected via WiFi. 

Is this happening across all devices or only when using your 360 box?
