If its only on Amazon Prime most likely its how the content is uploaded, I would look at changing the settings on your TV whilst watching this if you have a smart TV it should adjust on its own.
What program is this happening to, can you let us know?
For example Benidorm Series 10 is a common issues on Prime the first episode is in HD the rest is in SD and is very pixelated and blurry its like they have just recorded the content from ITV and just uploaded it from the original broadcast.
