Sky sports pixelation issue

Hi

Just after some help 

My sky sports channel has a really poor picture very grainy and pixelated all other channels seem ok 

Any help or advice would be appreciated

Hi. The video output is showing  as 2160p I have also tried the 720 setting but still the same
