Trying to use Virgin Go on a new laptop running on Windows 11. Can get sound but no video. Virgin Go ok on other devices.
Sky Sports is ok on new laptop as well .
Is there a general issue?

Hi - still getting this problem today. Is there any additional software I need to load to my new laptop. Sky Sports is working ok via the separate Sky logon

Just to confirm, are you accessing TV Go on your laptop via the app or a browser?
