Renewed, told the same, Sky Cinema UHD now missing?

Hi,

Renewed for 18 months today. Told package identical.. even paying £5 more per month… now no Sky Cinema UHD. Says I have to Subscribe. Royally annoyed. Have been lied to and it took a 1h phone call to renew.

Any way to save me from another call?
